It's the day after the U.S. election, which culminates a year of global elections. We’ll discuss:

• What we can learn about change from government transitions
• Organizational cultures after an election
• Challenges around bringing stakeholders along a change journey where belief systems are involved.

We hope everyone will bring their lessons learned and best practices to engage in a robust conversation.
